2K primer & levelling compound
- 2K epoxy resin primer & levelling compound for filling and levelling floors.
- For priming, levelling and building up floor surfaces as well as filling cracks, holes, joints etc.
- Optimal adhesion on all substrates (absorbent and non-absorbent), e.g. concrete, wood, tiles etc.
- Areas of application: interior & exterior as well as wet rooms
- Layer thicknesses from 0-3cm
- Working time (at 20°C): approx. 35min.
- Loadable/reworkable (at 20°C): approx. 24 h.
- Mixing ratio: 100 parts quartz sand + 60 parts resin/hardener. (e.g. quartz sand 10kg + resin (A) 4kg + hardener (B) 2kg)

Instructions for use
- The delivery includes resin (A), hardener (B) and quartz sand. Mix the contents of the resin (A) with the contents of the hardener (B) in the mixing ratio 2:1 (e.g. 2kg resin: 1kg hardener).
- Run the stirring stick along the rim and bottom of the mixing container, as material settles there. Ideally pour the mixture into a clean vessel and mix again. This ensures that resin (A) and hardener (B) are completely mixed together.
- Then mix the resin–hardener mixture with the quartz sand. Use 100 parts quartz sand with 60 parts resin/hardener mixture. (e.g. quartz sand 10kg + resin (A) 4kg + hardener (B) 2kg)
- Then spread the material onto the desired surface.
- The material can be touched/walked on after 20 hours and is chemically fully cured after approximately 7 days.
Info: Epoxy resin is sensitive to any kind of moisture during the curing time (risk: formation of carbamates, i.e. white spots in the top layer). For this reason we recommend not exposing the epoxy resin to water until it has fully chemically cured (min. 7 days). With thin layers, low temperatures (ambient, substrate and resin temperature below 20°C) and increased humidity, the time until the epoxy resin is fully cured may be extended.
